Synopsis
        sflskernel < _in.rsf > _out.rsf match=_match.rsf adj=n wrap=n nk1=5 nk2=5
find kernel for convolution in ls sense, this is assuming 3 dimensional data and a 2d kernel

 
Parameters
       
 
bool adj=n [y/n]
if n takes kernel and outputs function, if y takes function and outputs kernel
 
string match=
auxiliary input file name
 
int nk1=5
size of kernel in dimension 1
 
int nk2=5
size of kernel in dimension 2
 
bool wrap=n [y/n]
if y, perform doughnut wrapping. if n, no wrapping
