AFGL standard atmospheres — public reference profiles.

The AFGL model atmospheres were published by the United States Air Force
Geophysics Laboratory as a technical report:

  Anderson, G. P., Clough, S. A., Kneizys, F. X., Chetwynd, J. H., and
Shettle, E. P. (1986). AFGL Atmospheric Constituent Profiles (0-120 km).
AFGL-TR-86-0110, Air Force Geophysics Laboratory, Hanscom AFB, MA.

They are a US Government work, are reproduced throughout the atmospheric
radiative-transfer literature and in the reference data of ARTS, LBLRTM and
RFM among others, and are freely redistributable. No usage restriction is
asserted over them here; cite Anderson et al. (1986).

The CSV files under data/ are a reformatting of those profiles onto a 50-level
grid. See data/README.md for provenance.
